تحكم هذه الشروط والأحكام ("الشروط") استخدامكم لموقع شركة الصحاري المحدودة المسؤولية ("الشركة") وتطبيقاتها وخدماتها. باستخدامكم لأي منها فإنكم تقرّون بقراءة هذه الشروط والموافقة عليها. إذا لم توافقوا عليها، يرجى التوقف عن استخدام الموقع والخدمات. These terms and conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the website, apps, and services of Al Sahary LLC ("the Company"). By using any of them, you confirm that you have read and agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please discontinue use of the site and services.

1. استخدام الموقع والخدمات1. Use of the site and services

• تلتزمون باستخدام الموقع والتطبيقات والخدمات لأغراض مشروعة فقط وبما لا يخالف القوانين النافذة في جمهورية العراق.You agree to use the site, apps, and services only for lawful purposes and in compliance with the laws of the Republic of Iraq.
• يُحظر أي استخدام يضر بالشركة أو بمستخدمين آخرين أو يعطل عمل الخدمات أو يحاول الوصول غير المصرح به إلى أنظمتنا.Any use that harms the Company or other users, disrupts the services, or attempts unauthorized access to our systems is prohibited.
• إذا أنشأتم حساباً في تطبيقاتنا، فأنتم مسؤولون عن سرية بيانات الدخول وعن كل نشاط يتم عبر حسابكم.If you create an account in our apps, you are responsible for keeping your credentials confidential and for all activity under your account.

2. الطلبات والخدمات2. Orders and services

• تُقدَّم خدمات التجارة والتجهيز والنقل والتوصيل والوساطة وفق اتفاق مسبق يحدد النطاق والسعر ومدة التنفيذ.Trading, supply, transport, delivery, and brokerage services are provided under prior agreement specifying scope, price, and delivery time.
• تحتفظ الشركة بحق قبول أو رفض أي طلب وفق تقديرها ووفق توفر الإمكانيات.The Company reserves the right to accept or decline any order at its discretion and subject to availability.
• الأسعار المعلنة — إن وجدت — قابلة للتغيير قبل تأكيد الطلب، ولا يسري التغيير على الطلبات المؤكدة.Published prices — where applicable — may change before order confirmation; changes do not apply to confirmed orders.

3. الملكية الفكرية3. Intellectual property

جميع محتويات الموقع والتطبيقات من شعارات ونصوص وتصاميم وصور هي ملك للشركة أو مرخّصة لها، ولا يجوز نسخها أو إعادة استخدامها لأغراض تجارية دون إذن كتابي مسبق. All content on the site and apps — logos, text, designs, and images — is owned by or licensed to the Company and may not be copied or reused for commercial purposes without prior written permission.

4. حدود المسؤولية4. Limitation of liability

تبذل الشركة عناية معقولة لضمان دقة المعلومات المنشورة واستمرارية الخدمات، إلا أنها لا تضمن خلو الموقع أو التطبيقات من الانقطاع أو الخطأ. لا تتحمل الشركة مسؤولية أي أضرار غير مباشرة تنشأ عن استخدام الموقع، وتبقى مسؤوليتها في الخدمات التعاقدية محكومة بالعقد المبرم وبالقوانين العراقية النافذة. The Company takes reasonable care to ensure the accuracy of published information and continuity of services, but does not guarantee that the site or apps will be uninterrupted or error-free. The Company is not liable for indirect damages arising from use of the site; its liability for contracted services remains governed by the executed contract and applicable Iraqi law.

قد يحتوي الموقع على روابط لمواقع خارجية لا تخضع لسيطرتنا، ولا نتحمل مسؤولية محتواها أو سياساتها. The site may contain links to external websites outside our control; we are not responsible for their content or policies.

6. التعديلات6. Amendments

يحق للشركة تعديل هذه الشروط في أي وقت، ويُنشر التعديل في هذه الصفحة مع تحديث تاريخ "آخر تحديث". استمرار الاستخدام بعد النشر يُعد موافقة على الشروط المعدّلة. The Company may amend these Terms at any time. Amendments will be published on this page with an updated "Last updated" date. Continued use after publication constitutes acceptance of the amended Terms.

7. القانون الواجب التطبيق7. Governing law

تخضع هذه الشروط وتُفسَّر وفقاً لقوانين جمهورية العراق، وتختص محاكم محافظة كربلاء بالنظر في أي نزاع ينشأ عنها. These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Iraq, and the courts of Karbala Governorate have jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them.
